WebSM Web Survey Methodology Resources

WebSM is a site dedicated to the methodological issues of Web surveys, but it also covers the broader area of interaction between modern technologies and survey data collection.  The site contains a database of software, a bibliographic database, a forum, and much more.  This is a great place to start (or come back) if you are looking for resources about Internet survey methods.

Designing Surveys and Questionnaires is a short tutorial that covers some of the basic issues involved in thinking about whether to conduct a survey and how to conduct one.
